RESIDENCE PERMIT

WORK PERMIT GIVEN TO THE WIFE ACCOMMODATION PERMIT    

 NOTE: The work permit is the permission granted to the spouses of persons who have exceeded one year and obtained their second leave. Documents Required for Application: 1- Camet certificate 2-Original and photocopy of the valid rental agreement approved by the tax office. 3-The original and photocopy of the marriage certificate. 4-Passport photocopy of the person who will be given permission to accompany the spouse (the page with the last entry seal and the pages with personal information) 5-Copy of the passport of the work permit spouse (pages with valid work permit and pages with personal information) 6-The sample of the registered population of the person who will make the application. 7-13,50 TL postage stamp. 8-Health report receipt.  Applications are made to the General Directorate of Police of the region where the person is located. 20 days after all the documents have been completed and handed over to the police, they should apply to the immigration department to print a home check (first-time buyers and house-changers).

 

TRAVEL CITIZENS AND MARRIERS TO WIFE PERMIT
Documents Required for Application:

1-Residence certificate.

2-Certificate of living together

3-The original and photocopy of the marriage certificate.

4-Passport photocopy of the person who will be given permission to accompany the spouse (the page with the last entry seal and the pages with personal information)

5- Identity card photocopy of TRNC citizen spouse.

6-The sample of the registered population of the person who will make the application.

7-13,5 TL stamp stamp.

8-Health report receipt.

9-Notary approved undertaking.

Applications are made to the General Directorate of Police of the region where the person is located.

All documents must be completed and applied to the immigration department 20 days after applying to the police.

 

VISITOR'S PERMIT

Work permits for persons over 18 years of age

To widowed parents of working persons

People who bought a house in the TRNC and have enough money to make a living

To the parents of students who are immigrants in TRNC

Documents Required for Application:

 

.The documents required for the children who are 18 years of age or persons who are allowed to work;

1- Residence certificate

2- Original and valid rental agreement and photocopy or sales contract or title deed approved by the tax office.

3- Notarized approved undertaking.

4- Passport photocopy of the person who will take the permission of the visitor (the page with the last entry seal and the pages with personal information)

5- A copy of the passport of the mother or father with work permit (pages with valid work permit and pages with personal information)

6- A sample of the registered population of the person who will make the application.

7- 13,5 TL for postage stamps.

8- Health report receipt.

Documents required for widowed parents of working persons;

1- Residence certificate

2- Original and valid rental agreement and photocopy or sales contract or title deed approved by the tax office.

3- Notarized approved undertaking.

4- Passport photocopy of the person who will take the permission of the visitor (the page with the last entry seal and the pages with personal information)

5- A copy of the passport of the child with work permit (pages with valid work permit and pages with personal information)

6- A copy of the docu- mented population registration of the person who will make the application.

7- 13,5 TL for postage stamps.

Documents required for people who have taken a house in the TRNC and have enough money to make a living;

1- Residence certificate

2- A valid sales contract or title deed approved by the tax office.

3- Bank statement and document confirming monthly income

4- Passport photocopy of the person who will take the permission of the visitor (the page with the last entry seal and the pages with personal information)

5- Marriage certificate if married (translated from Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs)

6- 13,5 TL stamp.

7- Health report receipt.

 

Documents required for the parents of the students who are immigrants in the TRNC;

1- Residence certificate

2- Original and valid rental agreement and photocopy or sales contract or title deed approved by the tax office.

3- Bank statement and document confirming monthly income

4- A photocopy of the passport of the person who will take the visitor's permission (the page with the last entry seal and the pages with personal information)

5- A copy of the passport of the child with a student immigration leave (pages with valid student permission and pages with personal information)

6- Sample copy of the registration of the person who will make the application.

9- Health report receipt

Applications are made personally to the General Directorate of Police of the region where the person is located. Health referral is done by the police.

20 days after all the documents have been completed and handed over to the police, they should apply to the immigration department to print a home check (first-time buyers and house-changers).

LAW ON PERMANENT RESIDENCE PERMIT (FOR WORK PERMIT OR PERMIT TO WORK)

        (2) Criminal Registration Documents to be obtained from the TRNC Police Directorate and its own Country

        (3) Medical report from the State hospital to which he was referred by the Department that he has no infectious disease.

        (6) Population registration sample (birth certificate for 3rd State nationals)

        (7) Photocopy of title deed / sale agreement or lease agreement

LAW ON PERMANENT RESIDENCE (GUARANTEED INCOME)
Documents to be submitted at the time of application:

        (1) Identity photocopy (Passport photocopy for 3rd State nationals)

        (2) Example of birth registration (birth certificate for 3rd State nationals)

        (3) Student Certificate (if student)

        (4) Copy of the title deed and sale contract

       (5) Input-Output breakdown

        (6) Criminal Registration Documents to be obtained from the TRNC Police Directorate and its own Country

        (7) Documents showing Guaranteed Income and / or photocopy of bank passbook

        (8) Medical report from the State hospital to which it was referred by the Department that there was no contagious disease

        (9) Proof of general health insurance

       (10) Residence certificate

 

FOR MARRIAGE:
Documents to be submitted at the time of application:

        (1) Identity photocopy (Passport photocopy for 3rd State nationals)

        (2) Health report from the public hospital that there is no contagious disease

        (3) Criminal record document

        (4) Input-Output breakdown

        (5) Photocopy of title deed / sale agreement or lease agreement

        (6) Copy of marriage certificate and identity card of the spouse

        (7) Population registration sample (birth certificate for 3rd State nationals)

        (8) The applicant's written declaration that the applicant's spouse had no objections to the application.
